The earlier the better! Our focus is to ensure we have the color selection, availability etc. to make your party pop! We prefer three weeks in advance. Turnaround for shorter timeframes depend size of the event, our stock and availability, but don’t hesitate to reach out ! How will we know if we don't ask?
Of course we deliver! We allow for pick-up options in the Downtown Charleston (29403 radius) as well as the North Mt. Pleasant area (29466) as well as delivery for both smaller arrangements and larger installations depending on your needs.
Grab & Go's range from 4 - 10 feet. Smaller scaled garlands can fit in the backseat of a sedan. However, the larger sizes will do better with a mid-sized or large SUV. If you're in doubt reach out!
Oh, our forgiving Carolina summers! Outdoor installations’ longevity varies largely based on weather conditions, placement of the installation; but indoor balloons can last for weeks!
It depends on the intricacy of your installation. Weekend events with indoor installations can be set up on Fridays to make your life simpler and to ensure we put all of our focus on making magic happen for your event. Otherwise, we can start when you have access to the space to make sure everything is picture perfect in time for the party!
Deposits are required to lock-in your event are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule your event — we just need at least one week’s (7 days) notice!
